Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cmklr2 (Chemokine-like receptor 2) is a G-protein-coupled receptor implicated in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune response, inflammation, and possibly tumor progression. Its study has gained attention due to its potential role in mediating chemokine signaling pathways, which are crucial for leukocyte migration and tissue homeostasis. Research indicates that Cmklr2 may interact with specific ligands, leading to an array of cellular responses that can influence immune cell activation and trafficking. The significance of Cmklr2 in the context of inflammatory diseases and cancer promotes the exploration of its structure and function through recombinant protein technologies. By producing and characterizing Cmklr2 recombinant proteins, researchers can elucidate its binding properties, signaling mechanisms, and developmental roles, laying the groundwork for therapeutic interventions targeting this receptor. Understanding Cmklr2's function at the molecular level not only enhances our knowledge of chemokine signaling but also opens avenues for novel biomarker and drug development in various disease states.
