Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MEAI, or Modular Engineered Antibody-like Inhibitor, is a novel class of recombinant proteins designed for targeted therapeutic applications. The research background of MEAI revolves around the growing need for effective biologics that can offer precision in treating various diseases, particularly cancers and autoimmune disorders. Traditional therapeutic antibodies often face challenges such as immunogenicity, complexity in production, and limited potency. In contrast, MEAI combines the structural advantages of antibodies with engineered modularity, providing a platform for enhanced binding affinity, specificity, and stability. Researchers are particularly interested in optimizing MEAI to leverage its ability to recognize and inhibit specific molecular targets involved in disease pathways. This engineering approach not only holds promise for improved efficacy but also aims to minimize off-target effects, which are commonly associated with conventional therapies. Furthermore, as advancements in synthetic biology and protein engineering continue to evolve, the development of MEAI represents a significant step towards the next generation of targeted therapeutics that can be tailored to individual patient needs, signalling a shift towards personalized medicine. The ongoing studies focus on understanding the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and potential clinical applications of MEAI, reinforcing its position as a viable alternative in modern therapeutics.
