Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NEDD4L (NEDD4-like) is a member of the NEDD4 family of E3 ubiquitin ligases, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes by regulating protein degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. NEDD4L is particularly significant due to its involvement in the regulation of ion transporters and channels, including the epithelial sodium channel (ENaC) in the kidneys, influencing sodium balance and, thus, blood pressure. Dysregulation of NEDD4L has been linked to several diseases, including hypertension, heart failure, and even certain cancers, making it a potential therapeutic target. Recent research has focused on the structural and functional characterization of NEDD4L, including its ubiquitination mechanism and interaction with substrates. The development of recombinant NEDD4L proteins has enabled detailed study of its enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms. Understanding the molecular basis of NEDD4L's function could provide insights into its role in pathophysiological conditions, paving the way for novel interventions that target dysregulated NEDD4L activity in various diseases. Thus, ongoing research into NEDD4L recombinant proteins contributes significantly to the broader understanding of ubiquitin-mediated regulation of cellular function and its implications in human health.
