Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOP16 is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in ribosomal RNA processing and assembly, primarily influencing ribosome biogenesis. It has been identified as a nucleolar protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and stress responses. Research indicates that NOP16 interacts with several key proteins and RNA components, suggesting its importance in the regulation of gene expression and its potential involvement in various diseases, including cancer. The protein has also been linked to the maintenance of genomic stability and could participate in tumorigenesis. Given its pivotal functions, understanding the structure, function, and interactions of NOP16 could provide insights into its role in normal cellular physiology as well as its implications in pathological conditions. As a result, NOP16 has emerged as a target for further study, with potential applications in developing therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with ribosome dysfunction and aberrant cell growth.
