稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CENTa1, a novel protein implicated in various cellular processes, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in disease mechanisms, particularly in cancer and neurological disorders. Studies have suggested that CENTa1 is involved in cellular signaling pathways and may influence cell proliferation and apoptosis, making it a candidate for understanding tumorigenesis and targeted therapies. Its function as a molecular scaffold in the formation of multiprotein complexes highlights its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stressors. Researchers have focused on the recombinant production of CENTa1 to elucidate its structural and functional properties, as well as to develop assays for therapeutic intervention. The ability to produce CENTa1 in a controlled environment also facilitates the exploration of its interactions with other proteins, enhancing our understanding of its role in cellular mechanics. This research could pave the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic applications, underscoring the need for continual investigation into CENTa1’s biological significance and its potential exploitation in clinical settings.
