Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP1a1, a gene encoding the alpha-1 subunit of the Na+/K+ ATPase enzyme, plays a critical role in maintaining cellular ion gradients and homeostasis. The Na+/K+ ATPase is a membrane protein that actively pumps sodium ions out of cells while bringing potassium ions in, which is essential for various physiological processes, including nerve impulse transmission, muscle contraction, and cellular volume regulation. Research on ATP1a1 recombinant proteins has gained prominence in recent years, particularly in the context of understanding its role in different pathophysiological conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, and neurological disorders. Recombinant ATP1a1 proteins allow for detailed studies of their biophysical and biochemical properties, offering insights into how mutations may influence their function and contribute to disease. Furthermore, such studies aid in elucidating the regulatory mechanisms governing ATP1a1 activity and its interactions with other proteins and signaling pathways. The investigation of ATP1a1 recombinant proteins is not only pivotal for basic biological research but also holds significant therapeutic implications, as it could lead to the development of new drugs targeting this crucial enzyme in various diseases.
