Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRYbA1, a member of the plant cryptochrome family, plays a pivotal role in the regulation of photomorphogenesis and circadian rhythms in plants. With increasing interest in the mechanisms of light perception and response, the study of CRYbA1 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in agriculture and biotechnology. This protein is known to interact with various signaling pathways, influencing processes such as seed germination, flowering, and stress responses. The recombinant production of CRYbA1 facilitates in-depth biochemical and biophysical characterization, enabling researchers to elucidate its functional properties and interactions at the molecular level. Understanding the specific roles of CRYbA1 not only contributes to the fundamental knowledge of plant biology but also holds promise for the development of crops with improved traits, such as enhanced yield and resilience to environmental stressors. The exploration of CRYbA1 is particularly relevant in the context of global climate changes, which pose significant challenges to sustainable agriculture. By harnessing the mechanisms regulated by CRYbA1, scientists aim to develop innovative strategies for crop improvement, thereby ensuring food security in the face of unpredictable climatic conditions.
