Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NANOG is a crucial transcription factor that plays a significant role in maintaining the pluripotency and self-renewal of embryonic stem cells. Its discovery marked a pivotal advancement in understanding the molecular mechanisms that govern stem cell biology. NANOG helps regulate the expression of genes associated with pluripotency and prevents differentiation, making it a vital component in the network of transcription factors that includes Oct4 and Sox2. Research has demonstrated that aberrations in NANOG expression are linked to various forms of cancer, highlighting its importance in tumorigenesis and cancer stem cell populations. Recent studies focus on the characterization of NANOG as a recombinant protein, aiming to elucidate its structural properties and functional dynamics. By producing NANOG recombinantly, researchers can investigate its interactions with other proteins, small molecules, and DNA, thereby gaining insights into its regulatory functions. Furthermore, recombinant NANOG has potential applications in regenerative medicine, cell therapy, and cancer treatment, as understanding its role in cell fate decisions may unlock new therapeutic avenues. The exploration of NANOG in a recombinant format serves as a foundation for both basic and applied research, bridging the gap between stem cell science and practical medical applications.
