Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Research on LIN9, a component of the MuvB complex, has gained significant attention due to its crucial role in cell cycle regulation and cancer biology. LIN9 is involved in the transcriptional regulation of genes critical for cell proliferation, and it acts as a key mediator in the assembly of the MuvB complex, which is essential for the function of the E2F family of transcription factors. Dysregulation of LIN9 has been linked to various malignancies, making it a potential biomarker for cancer progression and a target for therapeutic intervention. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in cellular responses to DNA damage and stress, revealing its multifaceted role in cellular homeostasis and tumorigenesis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which LIN9 influences these processes is critical for developing strategies to manipulate its activity in cancer therapy. As such, LIN9 is not only a vital player in cell biology but also represents an intriguing target for innovative treatments aimed at overcoming cancer resistance and improving patient outcomes.
