稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LIN7C, or Lin-7 homolog C, is a member of the Lin-7 family of proteins, which are pivotal in the assembly and maintenance of protein complexes associated with cell signaling and membrane trafficking. Research into LIN7C has gained significance due to its role in establishing the polarity of epithelial cells and its involvement in synaptic functions in neurons. This protein is known to interact with various membrane proteins, such as receptors and channels, thereby modulating their localization and stability at the cell surface. In the context of disease, alterations in LIN7C expression or function have been implicated in several neurodegenerative disorders and cancers, making it a point of interest for therapeutic development. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology facilitate the production of LIN7C for use in biochemical assays and structural studies. Understanding the structure-function relationships of LIN7C through such studies could provide deeper insights into its biological roles and its potential as a drug target. Thus, LIN7C continues to be an important focus within molecular and cellular biology, with implications for both fundamental research and clinical applications.
