稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The NAE1 (NEDD8-activating enzyme 1) recombinant protein has emerged as a significant focus of research due to its pivotal role in the ubiquitin-like modification process. NAE1 is an essential component of the NEDD8 conjugation pathway, which is crucial for regulating various cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and signal transduction. Dysregulation of NAE1 and the NEDD8 pathway has been implicated in several pathologies, particularly cancer, where it contributes to tumor growth and resistance to therapy. The interest in NAE1 recombinant proteins stems from their potential as therapeutic targets; thus, understanding their structure and function can provide insights for the development of small-molecule inhibitors. Furthermore, NAE1’s involvement in the modulation of protein stability and activity highlights its relevance in the broader context of proteostasis and cellular homeostasis. Consequently, ongoing studies of NAE1 recombinant proteins aim to explore their biochemical properties, interaction networks, and the possibility of leveraging them in drug discovery and therapeutic interventions against malignancies and other diseases associated with aberrant NEDD8 signaling.
