稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD299, also known as the human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) entry receptor, has garnered significant attention in immunology and virology research due to its role in viral infections and potential implications for therapeutic interventions. Discovered as a receptor for HHV-6, CD299 is expressed in various immune cells, including T cells, where it may influence immune responses. Its interactions with the virus highlight the importance of understanding host-pathogen dynamics and might provide insights into therapeutic strategies against viral infections. Furthermore, CD299 has been studied in the context of other diseases, revealing its potential involvement in cellular signaling pathways and immune regulation. The study of CD299 recombinant protein has paved the way for developing vaccines and immunotherapy approaches aimed at enhancing immune defense mechanisms or providing protective effects against HHV-6 and possibly other pathogens. Investigating the structural and functional properties of CD299, along with its recombinant forms, could lead to breakthroughs in understanding its biological roles and applications in medicine, offering promising avenues for future research and therapeutic development.
