Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AVD (Avidin) is a tetrameric glycoprotein known for its high affinity for biotin, a small vitamin that plays a crucial role in various biological processes. Research into AVD recombinant proteins has gained traction due to their vast applications in molecular biology, biotechnology, and medical diagnostics. The unique binding properties of AVD facilitate the development of various biotechnological tools, such as biotinylated antibodies, enzyme-linked assays, and targeted drug delivery systems. Furthermore, recombinant technology allows for the production of AVD proteins in quantities that are essential for research and industrial applications. Advances in genetic engineering and protein expression systems have enabled scientists to modify AVD for enhanced stability, solubility, and binding affinity. This research not only aids in understanding the structural and functional aspects of AVD but also promotes innovation in bioconjugation methods. Additionally, the development of AVD-based biosensors and imaging agents holds potential for ensuring more accurate diagnostics and therapeutic strategies. Overall, the study of AVD recombinant proteins represents a significant intersection of fundamental research and practical applications, emphasizing the role of biochemistry in advancing healthcare and biotechnology.
