Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
c-Myb is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in hematopoiesis and cellular differentiation. As a member of the Myb family of proteins, c-Myb is involved in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and immune response. Abnormal expression or mutations in the c-Myb gene have been implicated in several hematological malignancies and cancers, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. The study of recombinant c-Myb proteins has gained prominence as researchers aim to understand its precise functions and regulatory mechanisms. Recombinant protein expression systems, such as bacterial, yeast, or mammalian cell systems, enable the production of functional c-Myb proteins for in vitro assays and structural studies. These studies are essential for elucidating c-Myb's interaction with DNA and other regulatory proteins, providing insights into its role in transcriptional control and disease progression. Moreover, investigating c-Myb's signaling pathways may lead to the identification of novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets for cancer treatment. Overall, the research on c-Myb recombinant proteins continues to enhance our understanding of this important transcription factor and its implications in health and disease.
