Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CAT3 recombinant protein has emerged as a significant focus in biochemistry and molecular biology due to its potential applications in therapeutic development and disease treatment. Originally identified as a critical component of various cellular pathways, CAT3 plays a vital role in mitochondrial function, oxidative stress response, and cellular metabolism. Research has shown that this protein exhibits unique structural and functional properties, making it a candidate for studying the mechanisms underlying a range of pathologies, including neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndromes. The ability to produce CAT3 in a recombinant form allows for detailed biochemical analyses, structural studies, and functional assays, opening avenues for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, the exploration of CAT3’s interactions with other cellular proteins and its role in signaling pathways is crucial for understanding its biological significance. Given the increasing prevalence of diseases associated with mitochondrial dysfunction, CAT3 recombinant protein is gaining attention for its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target, illustrating the pressing need for continued research in this area to uncover its full implications in health and disease.
