Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LEF1 (Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1) is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the regulation of genes involved in T-cell development, proliferation, and differentiation. It is a member of the TCF/LEF family and is primarily associated with signaling pathways mediated by Wnt proteins, which are pivotal in various developmental processes and cellular functions. The study of LEF1 recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to their potential implications in cancer research, particularly in lymphoid malignancies where LEF1 expression is often dysregulated. Understanding the structural and functional properties of LEF1 can provide insights into its role in the oncogenic processes and aid in the identification of novel therapeutic targets. Recombinant LEF1 proteins enable researchers to study the protein's interactions, regulatory mechanisms, and effects on gene expression in vitro, facilitating the dissection of its multifaceted roles in cellular contexts. Moreover, exploring LEF1’s interactions with other proteins and its involvement in signaling pathways can illuminate its contributions to immune responses and point toward strategies for immune modulation. As such, LEF1 recombinant proteins serve as valuable tools in both basic and applied biomedical research, contributing to our growing understanding of immune system regulation and the etiology of malignancies.
