稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LANCL2, a member of the lanthionine synthetase component C-like (LANCL) protein family, has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including regulation of immune response, metabolism, and cell signaling. Research indicates that LANCL2 is involved in the modulation of inflammatory responses and may be linked to metabolic disorders. Studies have shown that LANCL2 can interact with several signaling pathways, influencing the activity of various transcription factors. Additionally, its expression has been associated with different tissues, suggesting diverse physiological roles. The investigation of LANCL2 as a recombinant protein is particularly promising, as it enables the elucidation of its functional mechanisms and interactions at a molecular level. By producing LANCL2 in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers aim to explore its structural properties, biochemical activities, and potential therapeutic implications. Understanding the precise functions of LANCL2 may open avenues for developing novel treatments for conditions characterized by dysregulated inflammation or metabolism. Overall, the recombinant expression of LANCL2 represents a significant step toward uncovering its biological significance and potential utility in medical applications.
