Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MOB1B, a member of the MOb family of proteins, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its critical role in various cellular processes, particularly in the context of the Hippo signaling pathway. This pathway is essential for regulating organ size, tissue homeostasis, and cellular proliferation by inhibiting cell growth and promoting apoptosis. MOB1B serves as a cofactor for the core serine/threonine kinases MST1 and MST2, facilitating their interactions with downstream effectors and thereby impacting cell signaling. Abnormalities in the Hippo pathway, often linked to tumorigenesis, have prompted research into MOB1B's functions and mechanisms. Detailed studies have revealed that MOB1B is not only crucial for maintaining normal cellular functions but also for its potential implications in cancer development and progression. Moreover, the exploration of MOB1B as a therapeutic target is gaining traction, as manipulating its activity could offer new approaches to cancer treatment. The recombinant expression and purification of MOB1B allow for comprehensive biochemical and structural investigations, leading to a better understanding of its function and potential opportunities for drug development. Overall, the study of MOB1B represents a burgeoning field in molecular biology and cancer research, highlighting the intricate relationship between cellular signaling and disease.
