Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LACE1 (Lymphocyte-Activation Gene 1) is a protein that plays a significant role in regulating immune responses and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research into LACE1 has garnered interest due to its potential implications in autoimmune diseases and cancers, where dysregulation of immune cell activity can exacerbate disease progression. The recombinant expression of LACE1 protein allows for detailed investigations into its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and its role in signaling pathways. By producing LACE1 in a laboratory setting, researchers can better understand its structural characteristics and the mechanisms by which it exerts its effects on immune cells. This knowledge is crucial for developing targeted therapies aimed at modulating LACE1 activity, potentially leading to novel treatments for diseases characterized by immune dysregulation. Additionally, the availability of recombinant LACE1 opens avenues for further studies into its molecular mechanisms and interactions, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of immune system regulation. Overall, exploring LACE1 through recombinant protein research provides valuable insights that could translate into significant advancements in immunotherapy and personalized medicine.
