稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The hasB gene encodes a key enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of mycobacterial cell walls, specifically in the production of the virulence factor known as lipoarabinomannan. This protein has garnered significant interest in tuberculosis research, as Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the causative agent of TB, utilizes this pathway for maintaining its structural integrity and evading host immune responses. Understanding the structure and function of the hasB-encoded protein can provide insights into mycobacterial pathogenicity and lead to novel therapeutic strategies. Due to its essential role in mycobacterial metabolism, researchers have focused on recombinant expression and purification of hasB proteins to characterize their enzymatic properties and potential as targets for drug development. By using various expression systems, such as E. coli or yeast, scientists aim to produce sufficient quantities of the hasB protein for biochemical analyses and structural studies. Recent advancements in this area have opened avenues for exploring how disrupting the function of this enzyme could impair mycobacterial growth and lead to new treatments for tuberculosis, a disease that remains a formidable global health challenge. Overall, research on recombinant hasB protein represents a promising frontier in the fight against persistent mycobacterial infections.
