Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACTB, or beta-actin, is a highly conserved protein that plays a critical role in cell structure, motility, and division. It is a key component of the cytoskeleton, providing mechanical support to the cell and facilitating intracellular transport and muscle contraction. Research on recombinant ACTB proteins has gained significant attention due to their fundamental importance in cell biology and their potential applications in biomedical research and therapeutic development. The ability to produce recombinant ACTB proteins allows for detailed studies of their biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular components, and roles in various cellular processes. Additionally, understanding the dynamics of ACTB assembly and disassembly can elucidate the mechanisms underlying cell migration and tissue formation, which are vital in both development and disease contexts. Furthermore, dysregulation of ACTB and other cytoskeletal proteins is implicated in numerous pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Therefore, generating and studying recombinant ACTB proteins not only enhances our fundamental knowledge of cellular mechanics but also opens doors for innovative strategies in drug discovery and disease treatment. Researchers can utilize these recombinant proteins to develop assays for screening small molecules that modulate cytoskeletal dynamics, providing potential therapeutic avenues for conditions arising from cytoskeletal dysfunction. Overall, the investigation of recombinant ACTB proteins serves as a pivotal foundation for advancing our understanding of cellular architecture and the intricate signaling pathways that dictate cellular behavior.
