稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
METRN (Meteorin) is a secreted protein that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including neurogenesis, muscle development, and metabolic regulation. Initially identified for its involvement in the development of the nervous system, METRN has garnered interest due to its potential therapeutic implications in metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. Research has shown that METRN influences the differentiation of adipocytes and muscle cells, highlighting its role in energy homeostasis and metabolic health. Additionally, studies suggest that METRN may have neuroprotective effects, offering insights into its potential as a candidate for treating conditions like Alzheimer’s disease. The interest in METRN is underscored by its unique structure and the complex signaling pathways it engages. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production of METRN, enabling functional studies and therapeutic applications. By exploring the molecular mechanisms of METRN and its interactions within biological systems, researchers are hopeful to unveil new avenues for the treatment of metabolic and neurodegenerative diseases, paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies.
