Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DVL2, or Dishevelled segment polarity protein 2, plays a crucial role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for various developmental processes and cellular functions. As a key player in this pathway, DVL2 is involved in the regulation of cell fate determination, tissue patterning, and proliferation. Aberrations in Wnt signaling and DVL2 functionality have been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders. The study of DVL2 as a recombinant protein allows researchers to dissect its biochemical properties, interactions, and functional mechanisms in a controlled environment. By producing DVL2 in recombinant systems, scientists can obtain ample amounts of the protein for structural studies, biochemical assays, and potential therapeutic applications. Additionally, recombinant DVL2 can be utilized to probe its interaction with other signaling molecules and to understand the molecular basis of its role in health and disease. This research not only aims to illuminate the fundamental biology of DVL2 but also holds promise for developing targeted interventions for diseases linked to Wnt signaling dysregulation.
