稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Ccl21c, a member of the CC chemokine family, plays a crucial role in immune system regulation and lymphocyte migration. It is primarily involved in the recruitment of T cells and dendritic cells to lymphoid tissues, thus facilitating adaptive immune responses. Research has shown that Ccl21c can significantly enhance the functionality of immune cells, making it a potential target for therapeutic applications, particularly in cancer immunotherapy and vaccine development. The recombinant expression of Ccl21c offers an opportunity to investigate its structure-function relationship and biological activities in greater detail. By producing Ccl21c as a recombinant protein, researchers can study its effects on immune cell behavior and its interactions with chemokine receptors. Understanding the mechanisms by which Ccl21c influences immune cell trafficking and activation can provide insights into the pathogenesis of various diseases and help develop new strategies for modulating immune responses in clinical settings. Therefore, the generation of Ccl21c recombinant protein is a significant focus of current immunological research, aiming to harness its properties for therapeutic innovations.
