稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LGALS14, also known as Galectin-14, is a member of the galectin family, a group of carbohydrate-binding proteins involved in numerous biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, and apoptosis. It is primarily expressed in the reproductive tissues and is thought to play a crucial role in various physiological and pathological conditions such as fertility, immune response, and tumor progression. The study of LGALS14 recombinant protein has gained significance due to its potential implications in understanding reproductive biology and its therapeutic applications. Researchers aim to explore the structural and functional properties of LGALS14, elucidating its interaction with glycoproteins and glycolipids, as well as its involvement in cell signaling pathways. Additionally, the recombinant form of LGALS14 can serve as a valuable tool for investigating its specific roles in diseases and developing novel diagnostic and treatment strategies. As the interest in galectins grows, LGALS14 stands out due to its unique characteristics and potential impact on reproductive health and cancer research, making it a focal point for ongoing studies and biotechnological advancements.
