稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GAGE7 is a member of the GAGE (G antigen) family, which is known for its expression in various tumors and its potential role in cancer immunology. These proteins are classified as cancer-testis (CT) antigens, meaning they are typically expressed in the testis and in certain malignancies, but not in most normal tissues. This unique expression pattern makes GAGE7 a promising target for cancer immunotherapy, as the immune system may be able to recognize and attack tumor cells expressing this antigen while sparing healthy cells. Recent studies have focused on the characterization and functional analysis of GAGE7 to better understand its role in tumorigenesis and immune evasion. Researchers are investigating the mechanisms underlying its expression in cancer and exploring the possibility of using GAGE7 in vaccine development and adoptive T cell therapies. Understanding the immunogenicity of GAGE7 can pave the way for novel cancer treatment strategies, particularly in personalized medicine approaches where the aim is to enhance the immune response against cancer cells expressing specific antigens. Furthermore, elucidating the pathways that regulate GAGE7 expression may provide insights into the broader landscape of tumor immunology and the interplay between cancer and the immune system. Overall, the study of GAGE7 holds significant promise for advancing cancer treatment and is a key area of interest in ongoing cancer research.
