Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA0513 is a gene that encodes a protein implicated in various biological processes, including cell signaling, proliferation, and differentiation. Identified through genomic studies, KIAA0513 has garnered attention due to its potential role in cancer biology, particularly in how it may influence tumor growth and metastasis. Its expression patterns have been observed to vary in different tissues, suggesting a role in tissue-specific functions and disease states. Recent research has focused on the functional characterization of KIAA0513 to elucidate its mechanisms in cellular pathways and understand how its dysregulation may contribute to oncogenesis. The recombinant KIAA0513 protein enables researchers to study its structural properties, interactions with other cellular proteins, and effects on cellular behavior. By generating and purifying this recombinant protein, scientists aim to unravel its biological significance and explore its potential as a therapeutic target in cancer treatment. Understanding KIAA0513's role at the molecular level could lead to novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in oncology, making it a key focus in the ongoing exploration of cancer biology and novel biomarker development.
