Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA0319L, a member of the KIAA gene family, has garnered attention due to its potential role in neural development and its involvement in various neurological disorders. Located on chromosome 6q, KIAA0319L is closely related to KIAA0319, which has been implicated in dyslexia and other cognitive functions. Research suggests that KIAA0319L may participate in critical biological processes such as neuronal cellular differentiation, migration, and function, which are essential for proper brain development. Studies have indicated that KIAA0319L might regulate key pathways involved in neuronal signaling and synaptic plasticity, further establishing its relevance in neurodevelopmental disorders. Understanding the structure and function of the KIAA0319L recombinant protein is fundamental, as it can elucidate its mechanisms of action and potential interactions with other cellular components. As such, it is an appealing target for further research aimed at unraveling its contributions to brain function and development, as well as its potential links to cognitive disorders. Investigations into KIAA0319L and its recombinant protein may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies, enhancing our understanding of the genetic basis of neurological conditions and offering insights into future interventions.
