Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA0317, also known as AZIN1, is a gene located on chromosome 1 that encodes a protein involved in several important biological processes, including cell proliferation and metabolism. This protein is known to modulate the levels of polyamines, which are organic compounds that play crucial roles in cell growth and differentiation. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of KIAA0317 in various pathological conditions, particularly in cancers. The overexpression of KIAA0317 has been associated with tumor progression and poor prognosis in several cancer types, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional properties of the recombinant KIAA0317 protein can provide insights into its molecular mechanisms and interactions within the cell. Researchers are increasingly interested in characterizing this protein through recombinant DNA technology, which allows the production of large amounts of the protein for further biochemical and structural studies. These efforts aim to elucidate the role of KIAA0317 in cancer biology and to explore its therapeutic potential, particularly in the development of targeted therapies that can inhibit its activity or alter its expression in tumors. Overall, the study of recombinant KIAA0317 proteins presents promising avenues for advancing our understanding of cancer mechanisms and improving therapeutic strategies.
