Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCF7, a member of the T-cell factor/lymphoid enhancer factor (TCF/LEF) family of transcription factors, plays a critical role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for various developmental processes and cell fate decisions. It is involved in the regulation of gene expression during embryonic development, stem cell maintenance, and differentiation. Dysregulation of TCF7 has been implicated in multiple diseases, including various types of cancer, where aberrant Wnt signaling can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation and survival. Due to its central function in these biological processes, TCF7 has garnered attention as a potential therapeutic target. Researchers are interested in understanding the structural and functional dynamics of TCF7 through the development of recombinant TCF7 proteins, enabling the study of their interactions with Wnt ligands, co-factors, and target DNA sequences. Furthermore, the production of recombinant TCF7 proteins allows for in vitro assays to elucidate the mechanistic details of Wnt signaling and its impact on cellular behaviors. This research not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of TCF7's role in cell biology but also holds promise for the development of novel strategies for therapeutic intervention in Wnt-related diseases.
