Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IGFLR1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor Ligand Receptor 1) is a receptor that plays a significant role in various physiological processes, including growth, development, and metabolic regulation. Research on IGFLR1 is pivotal as it is intricately linked to the insulin-like growth factor (IGF) signaling pathway, which is crucial for cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer, obesity, and metabolic disorders. The recombination and characterization of IGFLR1 as a protein are essential for exploring its functions and interactions at a molecular level. The recombinant IGFLR1 protein can be used to study binding affinities with different ligands and its subsequent signaling mechanisms, providing insights into how perturbations in its activity may lead to pathological conditions. Moreover, it offers a valuable tool for drug discovery and development as it can be utilized in high-throughput screening to identify novel therapeutic agents targeting IGFLR1. Investigating the structural and functional properties of this receptor also aids in understanding its role in endocrine signaling and intercellular communication. Overall, the study of recombinant IGFLR1 protein is critical to unraveling its biological significance and therapeutic potential in the context of related diseases.
