稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ULBP1 (Universal Lymphocyte Activation Protein 1) is a member of the ULBP family, which are ligands for the activating receptor NKG2D found on cytotoxic lymphocytes. The significance of ULBP1 in immune response has drawn considerable attention due to its role in the recognition and elimination of stressed or transformed cells, particularly in the context of cancer immunology. Studies have demonstrated that ULBP1 is upregulated in response to cellular stressors such as virus infections and DNA damage, thus serving as a marker for identifying compromised cells. This makes ULBP1 a potential target for therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immunity. The recombinant expression of ULBP1 protein allows for a detailed characterization of its structural and functional properties, enabling researchers to explore its interactions with NKG2D and other immune regulatory proteins. Understanding the dynamics of ULBP1 can facilitate the development of innovative immunotherapies, taking advantage of the body's own immune system to combat malignancies. Additionally, recombinant ULBP1 can be utilized in various assays to evaluate its role in modulating immune responses, providing insights into the mechanistic pathways that govern immune activation and tolerance. The ongoing research into ULBP1 not only sheds light on its biological significance but also paves the way for potential clinical applications in cancer treatment and immune modulation. Overall, the study of recombinant ULBP1 is positioned at the forefront of immune research, with promising implications for enhancing the efficacy of current immunotherapeutic approaches.
