Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of IRF2, the Interferon Regulatory Factor 2, has gained significant attention due to its crucial role in the immune response and regulation of gene expression. IRF2 is a member of the IRF family of transcription factors, which are vital for the development and function of the immune system, particularly in mediating responses to viral infections and regulating the expression of interferon-stimulated genes. Dysregulation of IRF2 has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target. Recent research has focused on the production and characterization of recombinant IRF2 proteins to better understand their functional mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components. These recombinant proteins enable detailed studies of IRF2's roles in transcriptional regulation, signaling pathways, and its impact on immune cell function. Investigating IRF2 as a recombinant protein not only facilitates the exploration of its structure-function relationships but also aids in the development of novel strategies to modulate immune responses in therapeutic contexts. Such studies are essential for elucidating the complexity of immune regulation and could pave the way for innovative treatments for diseases associated with altered IRF2 activity.
