Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interferon Regulatory Factor 1 (IRF1) is a crucial transcription factor involved in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in the context of antiviral and antitumor activities. As a member of the IRF family, IRF1 plays a pivotal role in mediating the effects of interferons, which are key cytokines in the immune system that help to coordinate the body's defense against pathogens. Research has shown that IRF1 is not only essential for the expression of various interferon-stimulated genes but also for the activation of immune cells, such as macrophages and T cells. Dysregulation of IRF1 has been implicated in several pathologies, including viral infections, autoimmune diseases, and cancer progression. In recent years, the development of recombinant IRF1 proteins has enabled researchers to investigate its mechanistic roles in greater detail. By expressing and purifying IRF1 in various systems, scientists can elucidate its function in gene regulation and interaction with other proteins, thus providing insights into its therapeutic potential. Understanding the implications of IRF1 in the immune response highlights its promise as a target for drug development and novel therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing immune function and combating diseases.
