稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on IPP-POZ recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential roles in various biological processes and therapeutic applications. IPP (Inhibitor of Apoptosis Protein) is known for its involvement in regulating apoptosis, cell proliferation, and response to stress, while the POZ (Poxvirus and Zinc-finger) domain is associated with protein-protein interactions and has crucial functions in transcriptional regulation. Understanding the structure and function of IPP-POZ proteins can provide insights into the mechanisms underlying cellular survival and death, making them important targets in cancer research and drug development. Additionally, the manipulation of these proteins through recombinant technologies can pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies, such as enhancing apoptosis in cancer cells or designing targeted therapies for diseases linked to dysregulation of apoptosis. By elucidating the molecular pathways involving IPP-POZ proteins, researchers aim to contribute to the development of effective treatments for a range of conditions, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases. Thus, the exploration of IPP-POZ recombinant proteins stands at the forefront of molecular biology and therapeutic innovation, highlighting the importance of such studies in advancing our understanding of complex biological systems.
