Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBAC1, or Ubiquitin-Binding Domain-containing Protein 1, plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular processes through its involvement in ubiquitination pathways. Ubiquitination, a post-translational modification, is essential for protein degradation, signaling, and cellular reorganization, making UBAC1 a vital component in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recent studies have illuminated its significance in various biological processes, including immune responses, cancer progression, and neurodegenerative diseases, suggesting that dysregulation of UBAC1 may contribute to the pathophysiology of these conditions. The recombinant expression of UBAC1 has enabled researchers to explore its molecular interactions and functional characteristics in greater depth. By studying the structure and activity of UBAC1 through recombinant protein techniques, scientists aim to elucidate its mechanism of action and interactions with other ubiquitin-related proteins. This research not only enhances our understanding of the ubiquitin-proteasome system but also opens avenues for potential therapeutic interventions targeting UBAC1 in disease contexts. Overall, the investigation of UBAC1 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing knowledge in cell biology and developing novel strategies for treating diseases characterized by impaired ubiquitination.
