稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Transient receptor potential melastatin 7 (TRPM7) is a unique channel protein that plays a critical role in cellular physiology by functioning as both an ion channel and a kinase. It is involved in various fundamental processes, including magnesium homeostasis, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Mutations or dysregulation of TRPM7 have been implicated in numerous pathological conditions, such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. The study of TRPM7 recombinant protein is essential for understanding its structure-function relationship, as the native protein's complexity poses challenges for direct investigation in cellular systems. By expressing TRPM7 in heterologous systems, researchers can produce sufficient quantities of the protein for biophysical characterization and functional assays. This approach enables detailed investigations into TRPM7's ion channel properties, interaction with other proteins, and its role in various signaling pathways. Furthermore, the development of TRPM7 inhibitors and modulators could provide insights into potential clinical applications. Overall, the research on TRPM7 recombinant protein serves as a foundation for unveiling the intricate mechanisms of this vital ion channel and its contributions to both health and disease.
