Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ISY1 protein has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in essential biological processes, particularly in the context of gene regulation and the cellular response to stress. ISY1, originally identified in various eukaryotic organisms, is believed to be involved in the alternative splicing of pre-mRNA, a critical mechanism for increasing protein diversity and regulating gene expression. Its human homolog, ISY1, has been linked to several molecular pathways that may affect cell proliferation and differentiation. Research has indicated that ISY1 interacts with other splicing factors and proteins involved in RNA metabolism, suggesting its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Given the growing evidence of its involvement in diseases, including cancer, understanding the structure and function of ISY1 through recombinant protein studies can provide valuable insights into its molecular mechanisms. These studies aim to elucidate how ISY1 contributes to the regulation of gene expression and its potential implications in therapeutic strategies, making ISY1 a focal point for both basic and applied research in molecular biology and medicine.
