稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) is a polypeptide with a critical role in growth and development, primarily known for its influence on cell growth, survival, and metabolism. Research on IGF-1 has gained immense attention due to its implications in various physiological and pathological processes, including growth disorders, insulin resistance, and cancer. IGF-1 is primarily produced in the liver in response to growth hormone signaling, and it acts in an endocrine manner to stimulate anabolic processes across different tissues. The recombinant form of IGF-1 is increasingly utilized for therapeutic purposes, offering potential treatment options for conditions like short stature in children and muscle wasting disorders in adults. Investigations into the recombinant protein's pharmacokinetics, biological activity, and safety profiles are essential for understanding its efficacy and optimizing its use in clinical settings. Furthermore, the development of IGF-1 mimetics and its receptor antagonists has opened new avenues for targeted therapies in oncology and metabolic diseases. Amid these advancements, ongoing research aims to elucidate the precise mechanisms through which IGF-1 regulates cellular processes, as well as its interactions with other growth factors and signaling pathways, contributing to a broader understanding of its role in health and disease.
