Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the BTC (Basic Transcription Factor) recombinant protein has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular biology due to its crucial role in regulating gene expression and cellular processes. BTC is known to interact with specific DNA sequences, acting as a transcription factor that influences the transcription of target genes. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of BTC is vital for deciphering its mechanisms in various biological contexts, including development, cell differentiation, and response to environmental stimuli. Recent advancements in biotechnology have enabled the production of recombinant BTC proteins, allowing researchers to investigate their properties and interactions in controlled laboratory settings. This has opened avenues for exploring potential applications in therapeutic interventions and biotechnology, particularly in developing tools for gene editing and regulation. Additionally, the study of BTC’s role in disease mechanisms, including cancer and genetic disorders, highlights its importance as a target for novel treatment strategies. Overall, the research into BTC recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also paves the way for innovative biotechnological applications.
