Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IQCG, a member of the IQ motif-containing GTPase-activating protein family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of signal transduction pathways. It has been implicated in neuronal function and development, highlighting its importance in the nervous system. Recent studies suggest that alterations in IQCG expression may contribute to neurodevelopmental disorders and cognitive dysfunctions. The reconstitution of IQCG as a recombinant protein offers significant potential for in-depth functional analysis, enabling researchers to better understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions with other proteins. This approach aids in elucidating IQCG's role in key signaling pathways and its contribution to neuronal health. Additionally, the study of IQCG in a recombinant form facilitates the development of targeted therapeutic strategies aimed at correcting its dysregulation in various neurological conditions. As such, the exploration of recombinant IQCG is essential for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential implications in treating cognitive-related disorders.
