Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ICOSLG, or Inducible T-cell COStimulator Ligand, plays a critical role in the immune system by modulating T-cell activation and function. Its expression is crucial for the formation and maintenance of immune responses, particularly in the context of inflammation and autoimmune diseases. Research into ICOSLG has gained momentum as scientists aim to better understand its mechanisms and interactions with ICOS, its receptor on T-cells. The exploration of ICOSLG has implications for various therapeutic applications, including cancer immunotherapy and the management of chronic inflammatory diseases. Recent studies have highlighted the potential of ICOSLG as a biomarker for disease progression and treatment response, and recombinant ICOSLG proteins are being developed for research purposes. These recombinant proteins facilitate the investigation of ICOS signaling pathways, enabling researchers to manipulate immune responses in vitro and in vivo. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of ICOSLG can significantly advance the development of immune-modulating therapies, making it a promising target in the field of immunology.
