Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INTS7, a crucial component of the integrator complex, plays a significant role in RNA processing and gene regulation. This protein is involved in the transcriptional regulation of small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs) and is essential for the termination of RNA polymerase II transcription. Research has shown that INTS7 is implicated in various cellular processes, including the maturation of snRNPs, which are vital for pre-mRNA splicing. Dysregulation of INTS7 and its associated pathways has been linked to several diseases, particularly cancers and neurodevelopmental disorders, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Studies have started to explore the functional dynamics of INTS7, focusing on its interactions with other proteins within the integrator complex and its influence on transcriptomic landscapes. As our understanding of INTS7 continues to evolve, this protein emerges as a promising candidate for further investigation in both basic and translational research, paving the way for novel therapeutic approaches in treating diseases driven by RNA processing dysregulation.
