Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INTS4 (Integrative Nuclear Element 4) is a protein that has garnered attention in recent years for its potential roles in various cellular processes, including RNA processing and gene regulation. As a component of the Integrator complex, INTS4 is involved in the cleavage and polyadenylation of precursor mRNA, which is crucial for the maturation of messenger RNA and subsequent protein synthesis. Studies have shown that INTS4 is linked to the regulation of transcriptional activity, influencing gene expression in response to cellular signals. Furthermore, dysregulation of INTS4 has been associated with several diseases, including cancer, highlighting its importance in both normal physiology and pathophysiology. Researchers are actively exploring the molecular mechanisms underlying INTS4 function, its interactions with other proteins, and its involvement in cellular signaling pathways. Understanding INTS4's role not only enhances our knowledge of fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for potential therapeutic interventions in diseases where INTS4 is implicated.
