Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INTS5, also known as Interaction Partner of Tcealic 5, is a protein that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including mRNA processing, protein synthesis, and cellular signaling pathways. It is an essential component of the Integrator complex, which is involved in the regulation of small nuclear RNA (snRNA) gene transcription and has implications in gene expression regulation. The study of INTS5 is gaining traction due to its association with several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Recent research indicates that INTS5 may influence cellular responses to stress and contribute to tumorigenesis by modulating the expression of key oncogenes and tumor suppressors. Given its multifaceted roles in cellular mechanisms, understanding the structure and function of INTS5 is crucial for deciphering its contributions to normal biology and disease. Recombination studies using engineered versions of INTS5 can help elucidate its functional domains and interactions, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions targeting its pathways. This research also emphasizes the importance of INTS5 in the broader context of RNA biology and protein interaction networks, highlighting the potential for developing novel strategies to modulate its function in various diseases. As such, INTS5 research expands our understanding of gene regulation and offers new avenues for therapeutic exploration in areas where dysregulation of RNA processing and signal transduction plays a pivotal role.
