Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
L1R recombined proteins are part of a growing interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms of transposable elements and their implications in genomic evolution and stability. The L1 (LINE-1) retrotransposons, which are the only actively moving DNA elements in the human genome, have garnered attention due to their potential roles in genomic innovation and instability. They can insert into and alter gene sequences, thereby affecting gene expression and potentially leading to diseases, including cancer. Research on L1R recombined proteins aims to elucidate the functional dynamics of these elements and their interactions with cellular machinery, such as RNA polymerase and various regulatory proteins. By studying the structure and function of L1R proteins, scientists hope to unravel their contributions to genomic architecture, evolutionary biology, and human health. Moreover, understanding these processes can provide insights into the mechanisms of gene regulation, genome defense strategies, and the evolution of new traits, making L1R proteins a significant focus in contemporary molecular and developmental biology research. Overall, advancing our knowledge of L1R recombined proteins is crucial for comprehending their biological significance and potential applications in gene therapy and genome engineering.
