稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SORBS2 (sorbin and SH3 domain containing 2) is a scaffold protein that plays a vital role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell adhesion, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Research on SORBS2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in several physiological and pathological conditions, such as metabolic disorders, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases. The protein contains SH3 domains that interact with a wide range of partners, thereby influencing multiple signaling pathways and cellular responses. Given its multifunctional nature, SORBS2 is a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Recent studies have focused on the structural characterization of SORBS2 and the development of recombinant SORBS2 proteins for functional analyses. This approach enables researchers to dissect the molecular mechanisms underlying SORBS2-mediated pathways and to explore its role in disease processes. By understanding the interactions and functions of SORBS2, researchers hope to uncover novel biomarkers or therapeutic targets, leading to innovative treatments for diseases associated with its dysregulation. Hence, the production and study of recombinant SORBS2 proteins are critical for advancing our knowledge of this protein's function and its implications in health and disease.
