稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Hyaluronan synthase 1 (HAS1) is a key enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid, a vital component of the extracellular matrix that plays significant roles in cell proliferation, migration, and tissue hydration. Research into the HAS1 recombinant protein has gained momentum due to its implications in various physiological and pathological processes, including wound healing, inflammation, and cancer progression. Hyaluronic acid, produced by HAS1, is known to modulate immune responses and is implicated in tumor microenvironments, where its levels can influence cancer cell behavior and metastasis. Understanding the structure and function of HAS1 through recombinant techniques allows for the exploration of its enzymatic mechanisms and regulatory pathways. Furthermore, this research paves the way for potential therapeutic applications, such as using HAS1-derived products in regenerative medicine or as biomarkers for early cancer detection. Overall, the study of HAS1 recombinant protein holds promise not only for advancing fundamental biological knowledge but also for developing novel strategies in treating diseases associated with hyaluronic acid dysregulation.
