Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Wnt6 is a member of the Wnt family of signaling proteins, which play crucial roles in development, cellular proliferation, and differentiation. The study of Wnt6 recombinant proteins has garnered attention due to their involvement in various biological processes, including embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Wnt signaling pathways are essential for the regulation of cell fate, and dysregulation can lead to diseases such as cancer and developmental disorders. Research has demonstrated that Wnt6 can influence stem cell behavior and promote the formation of specific cell lineages. Additionally, its role in non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways suggests it may have unique functions distinct from other Wnt proteins. The generation of recombinant Wnt6 proteins allows for detailed studies into its mechanisms of action, interactions with receptors, and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding Wnt6's roles could pave the way for novel approaches in regenerative medicine and cancer therapy, making it a significant focus of current biomedical research.
