Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HOXA9, a member of the homeobox gene family, plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis and is implicated in various types of malignancies, particularly in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The gene is essential for the regulation of embryonic development and the maintenance of stem cell properties. Aberrant expression or mutations in HOXA9 can lead to dysregulation of stem cell differentiation and proliferation, contributing to oncogenesis. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of HOXA9 as a potential therapeutic target due to its role in cancer stem cell survival and resistance to chemotherapy. Research focused on the recombinant production of HOXA9 protein aims to elucidate its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms. By generating recombinant HOXA9, scientists can perform detailed characterizations and investigate its interactions with other proteins, as well as its regulatory pathways. This work not only enhances our understanding of HOXA9's role in normal and malignant hematopoiesis but also provides a framework for the development of targeted therapies that could improve treatment outcomes in patients with HOXA9-related malignancies. As such, the study of HOXA9 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing cancer research and developing innovative therapeutic strategies.
